Beautiful windows easy to work with . Great clean up. One that installed it was excellent.
Over the past several years we have replaced our windows a couple at a time, and now all are done. We highly recommend them. The service each time was amazing, which kept us coming back. Outstanding communication and service. The sales process with Russ was seamless, and the pricing seemed fair compared to other estimates. Ryan and Thomas who did my install were beyond professional and did a fantastic job. I plan to order more windows and another door from Window World soon.
I used Window World in the early 90's and then again on my current home in July 2019. I have never had any problems. When they came to measure, they did not use the sales "tactics" that the other companies tried to use. They were straight and to the point and told me about their windows and their warranty. I felt they did a wonderful job, have a great product, and fair pricing. I have only had to use the warranty once, and that was just for a screen that had a small hole. The office staff was friendly, but gave very generic answers to our questions. She really pushed having a salesman come to our home for an estimate.
