The second time I have needed service for my lifetime warranties windows I am told there is a one time 95 dollar fee. In 2020 it was 75 dollars No where in my paperwork does it say there are any fees for warranty issues. When I asked to speak to the owner I was directed to corporate. I called, had to leave a voice message and I will be emailing the franchise owner and corporate about this nonsense fee.
From the moment I called to ask for a quote to the final product being installed was nothing short of an outstanding experience. They do what they say when they say they will do it in the quality is absolutely outstanding. In fact, I just ordered four more windows and couldn't be happier to do so. They are your window solution do not hesitate, they are top-notch
Horrible company. From the lack of explanation during the quote, to failures in follow up, to the bait and switch pricing...so glad I avoided an actual purchase ! Save yourself.
Have experienced two seasons with our new windows and couldn't be more pleased. Glad we went for top of the line triple pane, great energy savings and noise reduction. Appreciate workmanship of the husband and wife team. Paid attention to detail to maintain inside frame and molding of 1850 home. Brandon went above and beyond on this job, appreciated his honesty and integrity.
After getting this company's name from a family member I called and Sal was quick to come out and provide us with a quote. We were initially given quotes for 16 windows and discussed we wanted Colonial Grids to match the neighborhood and replace our current windows.
