Window World has an incredible warranty. We have had small issues (some small vapor lock, damaged screens, and a finicky patio door lock) and they have ALWAYS honored their warranty. 25 years and I have appreciated their quality windows and responsiveness to our needs. You really don't see this often in any industry.
Very pleased. Sung was great. No long drawn out presentation. Install was great. They were very thorough and efficient. Very professional from start to finish. What a big difference the windows make.
I really like this company. The initial quote was not a long, annoying, time share sounding sales pitch. They did not bash other companies. I had 4 other companies out and they all spoke on other companies. The price was good, the windows look nice. Installation was within a month. I haven’t disliked 1 person I’ve worked with from them. Even the people on the phone are nice. All the workers are nice. They have a good warranty. We’re happy with our decision.
