Very thorough technician, very courteous and highly recommend.
Everyone at Window World was courteous, professional and positive. The installers were punctual and completed the job within the time frame. Job well done by all- I will recommend WW and use them again on future projects!
Quick and easy ordering and installation. Friendly, knowledgeable crew. Only downfall was having to clean the adhesive and fingerprints from all the new windows afterward. Wish cleaning was included in the final install process.
Tomas was our repair man. I can not speak highly enough. He was very knowledgeable and polite and answered all my questions. I highly recommend and would like him to service us in the future if need be.
The order arrived very quickly and the installation was also done quickly. The crew were very nice. The only complaint is a minor one, they didn't clean the windows when they finished. The owner reached out and offered to have the windows cleaned. That is great customer service! So I changed my rating, too bad I can not give them 10 stars.
