They were very fair on there pricing. The windows came in a few weeks early which was great. The installation crew did an outstanding job!
I needed three replacement windows. I chose Window World because of their reputation and price. Windows came in in 4 weeks. The installer, Sage Massey, came out the following Monday. The installation was very good. This was my second experience with vinyl windows and this installation was far superior to my first. He made sure they were level, locks working, well insulated on the outside, great caulking inside, and he cleaned up every bit of trash from the install. The windows look great. I am very happy with this purchase.
Windows seem good, installation could have gone better. Have some sidewalk to repair since it's apparently OK to throw heavy things from a second story window.
Both the Salesperson and installers were friendly, prompt and knowledgeable.
