UPDATE: Ken Webb followed up, was very apologetic and accountable, and I really appreciate it. Review will stand as a reminder to his staff to do better. If you didn't order windows, don't worry...Window World will still come to install without your authorization. I should make this clear: We never ordered windows, never had anyone come measure for windows, didn't speak to anyone at Window World. WW called last week to change appointment time. Great experience from start to finish. Sung is great to work with. No games with pricing or high pressure sales pitch. The install crew replaced 25 windows in 4 hours. We also used WW in our last house and saved 30%/month in energy bills!

Let me save you time and money. Their windows are $847 per window, regardless of size, plus $250 "environmental fee". They could have just told me this over the phone and saved me and the sales rep time. Could just buy windows elsewhere for ~ $200 and have them installed by a private contractor or handyman.
