Windows are cheap and do not even lock. They are very poor with their customer service, and I realize now I made a mistake using them. You do get what you pay for so take my advice, pay more and get good quality windows and doors. Buyer Beware
I'm writing this review on behalf of my customer service today. Technician Michael came to assist with what I thought was an issue with my windows only to discover the problem was the user (me)! Michael was extremely patient and helpful with getting me to understand how to operate the window. These are non-standard windows. He patiently explained and demonstrated how to properly open, remove for cleaning and close. I've had these for about 3 years and really didn't remember any of what he showed me today. In May we purchased a new 3 piece window set for our home . We were told 8-10 weeks . That’s fine , around the 10 week point I called and what do you know , our window was in and we were scheduled for installation. The installer came out , took out the old window and installed the new one and pointed out the crack in the top portion of the middle window . He did a great job .
