He did a great job, knew his product and as a previous Installer, he was able to anticipate what his crew needed to do. They removed and replaced my Plantation Shutters without incident, and the same with my exterior Hurricane Shutter Channels, for a reasonable fee. When I need new windows, I asked for recommendations through my condo’s Facebook group. The overwhelming answer was Window World so it was a no brainier. My sales rep was so genuine and I never felt pressured. He stayed in touch by updating me on the production of my windows. The installer was great but one mishap with a window sash was bent and had to be replaced.
