Almost every one of their ads shows the front of a house with beautiful siding, decorative brick or stone, as well as, windows and doors. When the Window World Salesman came to give me an estimate, I asked if Window World offers decorative stone or brick like their advertisement. Had the entire house done and couldn't be happier. Great windows, good price and great installation!
Their customer service was horrible. Kim (Customer service rep) in particular. She cancelled my insulation for Windows 2 days prior to insulation and when I advised her that was unacceptable. She responded she would see what she could do and call me back. She did not call back and kept the insulation date on the schedule. I was not aware I was on schedule. ThE guy came with the windows.
