Our home was built in 1990 and has original single-pane windows with exterior storm windows. Rick from Window World GB came out and spent all the time needed to walk through our options and updates. He covered each window and the options available. He showed us a sample window and color swatchs to match inside and out. Very knowledgeable Rep. We have had several of the top name windows in multiple homes and these are beautiful and simple to use/clean. The price was great. Beyond that the gentleman who did the installation was friendly and very helpful. The cleanup was complete. He definitely deserves a raise!! Salesman was on time, and extremely knowledgeable. No high-pressure sales tactics. Gave us a number of options and told us what to expect. Our windows were installed professionally and they did an excellent job! Price was exactly as quoted no surprises, very professional, I would highly recommend.
