The owner, Brad is friendly and helpful. The quality of the windows and the quality of the installation is not good. We got windows in 2021. The installers left trash and cigarette butts all over on the ground, took produce from my garden and discarded the scraps in my driveway. After they installed the windows, I spent hours cleaning the silicone - from the factory - as well as grime - off of the windows. Absolutely awful place to get windows.. takes months(10+) to get them here to even get them put in, then 2 weeks later they break and now I’m 3 months out on trying to get the window fixed on warranty.. absolutely unprofessional and an awful way to do business.
Love my new screen door that i got this summer and Brad did a great job installing it.
