From start to finish each person was very professional. Any questions we had, they answered. We had windows ordered mid July, and they were ready to install mid August. The men who showed up to replace the windows were there at 0800 and called prior to arrival. Since this is a rental property, they called when they were done. The area was cleaned up well, they showed us how to operate the windows. They even replaced the shudders. Thank you for your service. We look forward to working with you again in the future.

Sales associate came out for estimate promptly. Order took about 3 weeks. Appointment for installation was promptly installers were on time, polite, and got my window replaced in about 2 hours. Final outcome is great! I thought over $1,000 for one window was high, but I have nothing to compare it to; have no idea what a replacement window should cost.
The crew was two hours late. Apparently Window World doesn’t believe in shoe covers or wiping off smudges from everything they touched. They didn’t sweep the messes that were made on either inside. On the outside, my retaining blocks were moved and not placed back, there was tape backing and other debris left. Won’t use them again.
