Everyone I have had the pleasure to meet have been top notch. They know their business and they do it well. I had a few adjustments that needed to be taken care of which is to be expected but they took care of it immediately. It was like they stopped with what they were doing and handled it. I would end this with a Thank you Window World but then it would sound too much like a commercial. Lol
Salespeople were knowledgeable & helpful. No pressure. Installers were on time, good at their jobs, cleaned everything up & finished quickly. Wouldn’t know they had come except for the sign & beautiful new windows. Lots of follow up on appointments before & after install. Great experience. Highly recommend.
Windows look great and when we did have an issue it was fixed quickly.
