Dave and Jay installed 8 windows and one sliding glass door for me this week. They were very professional, very polite, and very easy to talk to. They showed me how to clean the outside of the windows from the inside. They even gave me a can of glass cleaner. They cleaned up after they were done. They also hung some of my curtains back up for me. I would recommend them to anyone wanting new windows or doors.
In a world where service seems to be a lost art, we are very happy with Window World, Evansville, Indiana. Our installers, Christian and Mason were the phenomenal. Very professional yet very personable! They installed our new windows this week with ice and snow on the ground. They told us what to expect every step of the way and offered options for us to make a decision. A signed contract with payment in full means nothing to the owner, Joe ****. We hired WW to install siding and gutters on our home in April. Their representative came to our home, took measurements and gave us a quote. We agreed to their terms, signed their contract and gave payment (I know, not a good idea). LONG story short, we never received any money from the G****. It was an insurance claim that went south long before we were involved. We 100% refunded it back to the insurance company as instructed to do so by their agent. Window World never performed any work at their home. - Joe **** - Owner
Window World is a franchise, the McDonalds of the window/sliding door market. I bought their top of the line 3K sliding door a year ago, took seven months to get installed.At the installation, I noticed black lines in 3 of the 4 corners where the horizontal rails meet the sides of the door. The doors mitered joints did not fit tightly like the model in the showroom. First I need to mention that this entire issue is an appearance issue, it's not about the performance or energy efficiency of the door. Sadly, Mr. N****** was forced to order a custom size door because the builder who built his home screwed up the opening, it was not a standard double/patio door size. When he first called here we had a 30 minute conversation about how terrible the builder of the home screwed up the opening size and it was not fixable because the brick was installed over the original door. i was kinda expecting your run of the mill but what i got impressed me . i was a former property manager in Florida and overseen alot of contractors. my lee time on the windows was 8 to 10 weeks they showed up 10 weeks and 4 days. I considered that acceptable. when they showed up to do the job there were 2 fellas and i thought minimum 2 to 3 days. but when the crew of Dave and Dan started at 7 am they finished , cleaned up and was gone by 330 pm. i watched them and the job they did and not cutting corners I was impressed If ... read more

I have been extremely impressed with the customer service and quality of the Window World products. I think Window World is the best bang for your buck and would highly recommend; did I mention they have lifetime warranty! I had a tenant break a window lock and it was replaced in a timely manner. Their representatives are very knowledgeable on the products and assist in determining which products match the customers needs.
