The service was exceptional! The installers were fast professional and friendly. The rep I spoke with on the phone calls I made were courteous and helpful and the picture window has made all the difference in the looks of my home. Thank you all !!!
Great experience working with Window World. The salesman was top notch and the installation crew was top notch as well. They worked quickly and efficiently and we're extremely friendly. Great crew! Would recommend Window World to everyone!
Terrible experience and customer service. We had Window World replace all the windows and a glass door in our home last September 2024. Fast forward to August 2025 and we find water and mold growing under the trim around almost every window. Window World sent the same inexperienced installer to investigate and he even admitted to not sealing the outside of the windows at installation.
