Terrible experience and customer service. We had Window World replace all the windows and a glass door in our home last September 2024. Fast forward to August 2025 and we find water and mold growing under the trim around almost every window. Window World sent the same inexperienced installer to investigate and he even admitted to not sealing the outside of the windows at installation.
