What a disaster install. Scratched windows, terrible caulking and cracked my wood trim around the windows. Installers don’t speak English and clearly just cheap labor because they already have my money. No chance to inspect before they left. Do not recommend. We will see if they make this right but no response so far.
Orlando with window world and his crew did a great job with the install. They answered any questions I had, and left the job site just as clean as when they got here.
I made a trip over to the Window World showroom on Coit in Dallas only to find out they are open by appointment only. Perhaps that should be on the website rather than listing hours 8-5. Very frustrating.
I mean they have a nice ecolite window system for sure…. Can’t go wrong….
I am sorry to say I cannot give A review of their windows because I was unable to get a salesman to stay at my home for more than five minutes because he had another appointment two hours later and he said he would not be able to measure and give both of us estimates in that amount of time and would need to reschedule an appointment for Saturday.
