I am sorry to say I cannot give A review of their windows because I was unable to get a salesman to stay at my home for more than five minutes because he had another appointment two hours later and he said he would not be able to measure and give both of us estimates in that amount of time and would need to reschedule an appointment for Saturday. Recently replaced 19 original, builder-grade aluminum-frame windows with vinyl windows. I contracted with Window World to do the replacement. Tim Schmitz, our sales rep, was great. Friendly, courteous, professional. No hard sell. Presented the product, made suggestions, explained payment options, stayed in touch with follow-ups. Tim is a pro and enjoyable to work with. Window World salesman sold me. They weren't the least expensive nor were they the most. However they installed two broken windows, the installer advised they were broken and they would return in six weeks. Today 1/15 we agreed to 1st stop now they are saying they will arrive between 11a and 1p. The referral fee was suppose to be paid when they were funded, they were funded over 4 weeks ago. 10/10 recommend Window World. Derek our sales agent was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He made the whole process of getting new windows go seamlessly. And did I mention the installation team? They were phenomenal! They had all 14 windows installed in about 4 hours. The install went so smoothly and they cleaned up after themselves afterwards, and left my house looking better than when they came in! Thanks Window World for a job well done!!
Great folks to deal with. The installation was quick and professional and clean. In fact I got a better window than I was expecting. Oh, the price was right, too.
