Another great Window World experience for us. We had three windows fail their yearly checkup. All were replaced today with tons of help from our installer, Travis. He went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated.
Travis was in and out. He knew exactly how to quickly and efficiently fix the problem. Polite, friendly and willing to respect house rules. Thank you Widow World for techs like him.
Ordered the wrong window and didn’t realize it until the day it was delivered. Not to mention, the wrong window that they did bring was broken anyway.
Pros: The Window World windows and sliding doors look beautiful. I bought them 1.5 years ago and wanted to give you a realistic review after some use and time. I used dual colors, the HOA-approved brown on the outside and white on the inside. If I had any issue such as remove the screen from one of the windows they did it in a timely manner.
