I have a seal that has failed on one window, which is still under warranty. They have an answering service that has an 845 area code that will return a call, they say they will pass the message on the the Franchise owner and we never get a return call. I will now have no choice but to escalate to get a resolution.

Was very happy with the install of my 9 windows/sliders that they did... however the follow up has been HORRIBLE. They shipped 2 windows with the incorrect sized screens. 3 months later the "right" screens were dropped off at the house, but were the wrong size again. I can't even get an answer from their 800 or local number now, and the Salesman says hes been trying to contact the owner to figure it out. 5 months later, don't have the right screens and can't even make contact. DO NOT USE THEM!

I recently replaced all of my windows through Window World of Central NJ. As a former client, I was just as pleased with this experience. Great product, great price, great service. Couldn't be happier!

Do not do business with this company. I gave them a 50% deposit on July 20th and was told it would be 4-5 weeks before my windows would be installed. After not hearing from them, I have left 4 messages asking for an update, and NONE have been returned. They hide behind an answering service making it impossible to speak to them directly. This is not how business should be conducted.

Do not do business with this company. They took my 50% deposit and then absolutely refused to follow up and return any of my phone calls. They hid behind an answering service and seem to have no intention of providing the windows and installation I paid for.
