Window World has top notch customer service. I had Kendall through the entire process (quote, install, even sent a hand written "thank you" card to follow up). He makes this company look good, real professional, personable and takes his job serious. They show up on time and did a good job on my install. The prices were a bargain as well. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again if I need windows in the future.
I had an appointment set up to get a estimate and unfortunately an emergency came up so I called trying to reschedule. I tried to set up something within the week and was told it's not easy to switch appointments and the receptionist would not help me set somthing up just kept repeating its not that easy. The receptionist was very rude and wasn't helpful at all eventually I said I'll take my buisness else where.
