They are quick to sell you there doors and windows. Then the urgency stops. They used 2 different caulk on the outside of my house, broke tine around the door and did not reinstall trim back up. The lower sliding door track is already popping loose. I called they said we will get back with you. A week later I called again, the woman was rude on the phone, said someone would have to call me back again. Customer service is lacking after the sale to say the least.
