Have had our windows installed for approx 1.5 years. The crew that was sent were nice but could barely work a hammer. Flashing around windows were horrible. Called and complained and someone else was sent out. Still very poor work but I was just done arguing with them. One of our screens ripped a month or so ago, willing to pay for the screen but can’t get a return phone call. I would never recommend window world to anyone. Very poor customer service and crew lacked basic knowledge
I got my replacement windows installed today. The crew that was sent was great and the windows look beautiful. I could not be happier. Thank you

did such a good job on the outside of my new windows the new ones that another installer installed in the past made the house look akward.but I'll take the new look.
