bought 8 window, spend 5000$. no one calling me give me status on my order. I have called 6 times and every time they take note and never called back. Poor customer service. if pre installation they give this kind of service, one can imagine post installation customer service. Window World cancelled our order because they received what they *thought* was a cancellation from us on 4/27 which was a week after final measurements on 4/20. They have been sitting on $4700 of ours since 4/12 with absolutely no communication. We attempted twice to reach out prior to the third attempt today for an update and we were told they had to get in touch with the sales person for an update. Had representative to house for estimate. Never received it. Told would be a couple days - still nothing 4 weeks later. No contact, no communication and no return calls. Definitely not worth my time or money.
This is BY FAR the worst company I have ever dealt with. Windows were ordered in September, was told 8-10 weeks for them to come in and be installed....we followed up end of November....the window order was not placed until then. When asked why? No response. Fast forward to January when windows were to be installed....can't install in rain, date postponed a few times. FINALLY installation takes place....2 of the windows need new sashes as the grids don't match up. They have been replaced TWICE already and still wrong. The 2n... read more
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. I would give this company zero. They have the worst follow up and customer service. At first I was okay with the time and getting everything set up. The first issue I had was that you have to follow up with them. Not once in all the dealing when they said the would follow up did they. My window were supposed to be in 6-8 wk at week 10 I called and they said "I was just about to call you." Then the issue have problem. I call and they said I would get new windows. We truly apologize for this customer's issues. Two weeks ago we changed office managers and the current one is still in the training process. I personally looked at the new sashes we received, and again these sashes came in pitted. They were not installed because we knew the customer would not be happy with them because they are not "perfect". We contacted this bogus company and were graced with a lying salesman on May 30, 2017. After a long and boring spiel about how wonderful this company is, we gave him a check for $3027.00 as a deposit for our windows and new sliding patio door. If I could give this company negative 10 stars I would. I have such a long story but I will condense it to this. Dave K is a terrible liar sales guy. The phone operators are not helpful and don't care about service. Took me almost three weeks to get someone to call me back to take my deposit after I approved the initial estimate. Imagine having to chase a company down to give THEM money??? Excuse after excuse, calls and texts ignored, lots of attitude - extremely unprofessional.
