Update: returned two days later, completed repairs. Scheduled for repair of two windows today (took 3 weeks to get appt and one of the two windows was stuck partially open). This is the second time in 2 yrs these two windows have had to be repaired. Service showed up, did not have enough parts on truck to complete both repairs. They got the open window closed and locked shut (but not fixed). The second window is only partially done(still need to replace other side). Have been told I will get a call to get rescheduled...
My installers were phenomenal - they worked their tails off!!! Please acknowledge that to them. My 21 year old daughter gave them each a $20 tip!!
Cameron and Ronnie were great. They called to give a time frame and then called back when they were on their way. They were professional, considerate, knowledgeable, polite and patient. They went over and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. Thanks guys!
