The installers were very professional and polite. They answered my questions without an attitude. Their finished product was top quality.
We had a good experience with Window World. Our house is 33 years old and windows were original, energy inefficient and ugly. There was also rotten wood around them involving trim pieces. The only negative is that it was not clear to us that replacing this was not part of the package. The windows could still be installed but then the caulk would have been placed over some severely damaged wood trim.
