Was quick to come out and estimate. Person who did so was very friendly. However prices were higher than going with other places and sales rep continued to emphasize and push replacement windows vs. new construction windows. I'm sure their fine windows for flipping a house or general repair, but after researching their windows online more a lot of reviews and even the AI generators from google said they were below average windows. Hence I did not sign with WW.

Poor quality and over priced. Order 6 double hung widows. All 6 were warped. (They did replace but were now 1/2" smaller then originals) Ordered a picture window with double hung flankers. Air rushes in from small gaps between window and frame on both sides

We had a great experience with Window World of Atlantic City, they were very nice and professional. We got a good price on our door and quality is great.We love our door and installation went smoothly.The crew was very friendly and had a lot of experience on installation. So far the product seems great and it enhanced our front porch.

I ordered one custom-colored window from them. They said it might take 4-8 weeks because of the custom color. I paid a 50% deposit over the phone with my credit card. Six weeks later, I called them to check the status, but they couldn’t give me a clear timeline and just told me to wait a few more weeks. Window World is one of the best, if not the best window company to hire for window installation. The entire installation crew was courteous, very professinal and very respectful of your home. They not only tarp their work area, but they tarp the entire floor. From front door to work area. I also met the installation crew supervisor who is also very professional and knowledgeable of their products. He was there for the entire installation.
