So it took me a lot of talking to get Roger to have someone come in and do some work for us. Window World 🌎 was recommended. Bob did the back Window and it looks great. However the livingroom Window has been trashed. Paid for New Wood construction. Long story short... we now have a ton to fix and we received $210. Back!! Not enough for what they were to do and definitely not enough to fix everything he broke. 💯% stay away from them unless Bob can do all your work!!Â
Nikki…Never did I ever receive good service of my windows!! First they showed up 2 1/2 hrs late then they forgot one window and refuse to give it to us….only way to get it is to pay them $600 more for a window we already purchase…broke our ceiling fan….chipped our paint inside and out!! Yeah I didn’t want 1 star but it wouldn’t allow me to continue if I didn’t choose 1. I’m sure this review will never be seen by the public so every chance I get I’m going to repost it!! Â
