Had my new windows from Window World installed yesterday. They were fast and efficient. Did a beautiful job. Cleaned up the debry from the installation. Turnaround from my order date to installation date was about 6-7 weeks. I highly recommend this company. The windows are very good quality.
It is a shame to give them 1 star, because I love the windows. But the customer service is awful....I ordered my windows in July, due to the pandemic it took until November to get them installed. There were some issues that needed to be resolved. 4 windows were incorrect and needed to be replaced. I was assured it would be 4 to 6 weeks....it is now 6 months later I am still waiting on 4 windows and full screens.
Excellent customer service, reasonable pricing and efficient installation was delivered. I will use this company again..

I recently had some work done by window world. The installer Israel was very knowledgeable of the work he was doing. He was very polite and cleaned up after the job was done. I am very satisfied with his work and with window world!
