We had our large living room replaced in the middle of winter. Yes it took some time to get the unit, but, they had to build it first. The people within the company we professional and upfront. They replaced our window in the middle of a snow storm and I don't believe my furnace ever started. Professional job even down to clean-up. Couldn't believe the difference and sound deadening for out side noises. Wonderful window to clean and maintain. I will use them again!!!
We had our windows measured in August 2021 and were advised building and installation was several weeks out (no problem). Fast forward to November 2021 and I tried calling and e-mailing our salesman ***************************. I was ghosted with no response. My calls were answered by a calling service who would apologize for the company but could only forward my calls to their office. *** finally e-mailed me back with a new contract/quote to sign if I wanted to order the windows.
