After spending over $16,000 on Windows and Doors, 6 out of 18 windows were damaged upon installation. When I informed the office manager of the situation, she blew me off and placed all blame on the manufacturer, without even the slightest apology. She attempted to collect an additional $2,500 that had already been paid as well.
