We had Window World in Elmer install windows, a door, a screen door, and a patio door, and we had lifetime warranties on all. Initially we were extremely pleased with their service. Then a couple of years later after the elmer office went out of business, several windows started getting blotches between the panes, and the door sweep needed replacing. I bought windows from this company in 2010. 3 of the windows had a green tint in between the double glass. I noticed the difference when they brought them to my house to install. I wish now, that i would have refused them. They were different then my other already installed windows. Now the green is turning brown. Smears of brown on my largest window. I called, company that I got the windows from out of business. Main company sent me to a customer service center that doesn't answer. Don't buy!
Please stay as far away from this company as possible. I put a deposit on windows back in February and kept getting put off over and over again about the installation. Turns out the company is in trouble. I had to pay a second contractor and now I have to take Window world to court. Do yourself a favor, stay clear. They also refuse to refund my deposit.
