I had 3 windows installed some years back and they will not lock so I use a broom stick to keep someone from coming in. I have called before to have someone come fix the windows but as the years have gone by I still have the sticks in my windows. The whole purpose of having these windows was to keep people out. Why I’m even posting this was their recent commercials that these windows have a life time warranty but I can’t tell. I don’t expect to ever get these windows fixed by this company so I will continue to use the sticks... read more

These windows are beautiful AND durable! The storm brought a tree limb to the ground, hitting the window and the window took it like a champ! I am very pleased.
