I love these windows. The guys who did the installation were amazing. They were very professional and friendly. They had it under control. They installed 14 windows in one day. I highly recommend this company. They are awesome

We had the privilege of having Tony, Jeremy, Steve and Tony install 17 replacement windows a 1 patio sliding door yesterday. The product quality is top notch, the craftsmanship is remarkable. Our installation team was extremely focused, careful and courteous, and the price was bar none the best we were quoted. It is a great value and it was a pleasure working with them!
Had all new windows installed in the fall. Every single window is leaking due to manufacturing error! I taped all my windows shut to stop the drafts, you can literally feel the breeze through our house. The came out and looked at them and promised to remake the order in about four weeks time. It’s spring and I haven’t heard from them. I called today and they don’t know what’s going on with our new window order. I wish I never went with Window World, this has been a totally miserable experience AND WINTER
Spend over 23k on new windows and 3 are leaking. Window world is a sales company only. They use third party contractors and 3rd party window manufacturing. Called them out after one of my new windows started leaking. They informed me that there was rot under my window so it’s not their problem. Well, what is a problem for me is that they put windows in over obvious rot, never informing the homeowner.
