Zero stars!! Sales Rep was a NO SHOW! He called about 10 mins before the appt and said his car wouldn’t start and he was waiting on someone to come help him. I called him back an hour later and said we weren’t waiting any longer. He said okay. He did not even ask me to reschedule. Moving on to another company.
Window World Dayton was unable to do about half the work we needed done and tried to pressure us to get done what they wanted to do. From top to bottom, our experience with them was that their customer service is non-existent. Condescending and rude is the nicest that can be said, both about their person that came out to quote and office staff. They must not need business since they clearly don't care about getting customers.
Highly recommended. Very professional and efficient. Was on time for all appointments I needed. Will be using them again when I replace the rest of my windows.
I had 3 windows installed some years back and they will not lock so I use a broom stick to keep someone from coming in. I have called before to have someone come fix the windows but as the years have gone by I still have the sticks in my windows. The whole purpose of having these windows was to keep people out. Why I’m even posting this was their recent commercials that these windows have a life time warranty but I can’t tell. I don’t expect to ever get these windows fixed by this company so I will continue to use the sticks... read more
