I felt the installers were very polite and professional. They did a great job!
We are repeat customers of WW Dayton and initially had a good experience. We enjoyed working with George, in sales. The best place to buy new windows for your home or business. The workers really do great jobs and know exactly what their doing.
There is NO peace of mind from this company….TERRIBLE customer service! And a worthless warranty. The “guarantee” is a joke. Our windows are less than 1 year old. We purchased the house three months ago. Because we didn’t go in to the office and pay for the “guarantee” to be transferred (which is something you should know) within 30 days of closing then they don’t warranty defective windows. Was told explicitly when we bought all our windows in 2009 FREE lifetime replacement of screens was part of the warranty. My extended family bought whole house windows the following year, and told the same bc salesman noticed pets, said even if an animal puts a hole in it, we'll replace for FREE! In 2022, I needed a panel of one double hung replaced and 2 screens. Was told there would be a fee IF I wanted the screens delivered after they were rerolled, or I could pick up for free.
