This is my experience. Order 10 windows 10 windows arrived and were the wrong size! They broke 3 of my windows and left these sheets of particle instead. If you ever think you want window world just look at the picture and you decide On a closing note, a full refund was not offered either.
They did not show up for two appointment that were scheduled. Extremely disappointed. Still waiting for windows
