Miguel and the 2 other guys im not sure of their names that was with him are great they 100% know what they are doing they had 18 windows and 2 storm doors installed in 2 days VERY PROFESSIONAL!! Thanks agian ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ also Larry was great when he came out for the initial estimate he knows his stuff also window world definitely has some great employees!
I had both doors and windows replaced and received a quick follow up to address any issues. I plan to use them again for my basement windows.
RREPLACED ALL 14 original windows in 1930's house in Oakland, MD. The PROFESSIONAL TEAM of (Rick & Tara) worked Efficiently And Around the Challenging winter weather in Garrett County, MD.! They Removed ALL DEBRIS AND were ALWAYS Courteous and Focused on their Job at hand! I HIGHLY Recommend Window World and the Team from the Somerset, PA Office. Melissa was Equally Professional and Patient with my Numerous calls to her office. Thank you ALL!
The entire process, from ordering windows through installation, was only 7 weeks. The installers, Rick and Tara were professional, answered all of our questions and did a fabulous job installing the windows!
Very good service friendly people when we had a problem sent someone right away the guy Joey very friendly and he fixed window quick.
