The came out right away, and Jonathan, our sales person, was great. However, I was told that an install supervisor would be present to walk us through and show us how to use the newly-installed windows, but he never showed up, and the people who were on site didn’t speak English, so nobody showed us how to use the windows. Window World did send me a video after I mentioned this.
They were very professional and did a great job
