DO NOT purchase windows from this company. I purchase windows for my entire home and I had nothing but problems from the start. Our sales rep Max was great. He was knowledgeable, relatable and professional. He made it a comfortable process and answered all of our questions without feeling rushed. Can’t wait to see our new windows installed!
I wasn’t even able to schedule the free quote. Initially, I thought it was confirmed with Ricky, but I received a call 10 minutes later from lady saying it was only tentative and that there were additional hurdles to finalize it. Stay away from this company. They recently sold the company. I had new patio doors and windows installed 2 years ago. Currently, they are not honoring any installation warranty. It rained recently and we found one of the patio doors leaking water. We had another company come and tear everything out. Window Works basically installed a door that is too small. They tried to use wood and foam to make the door fit. The only way to fix the issues, is to tear out everything and reinstall the right size door.
