I wasn’t even able to schedule the free quote. Initially, I thought it was confirmed with Ricky, but I received a call 10 minutes later from lady saying it was only tentative and that there were additional hurdles to finalize it. If this is happening at the initial stage, I’m concerned about what the rest of the process will be like.
Stay away from this company. They recently sold the company. I had new patio doors and windows installed 2 years ago. Currently, they are not honoring any installation warranty. It rained recently and we found one of the patio doors leaking water. We had another company come and tear everything out. Window Works basically installed a door that is too small. They tried to use wood and foam to make the door fit. The only way to fix the issues, is to tear out everything and reinstall the right size door.
I ASK FOR REPLACEMENT HANDLY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND , THAT WINDOW WORKS?
Very disappointing to hear what happened with this company. New ownership I purchased almost $35,000 worth of windows and doors in 2019 and now they wont accept the warranty for a cracked window anymore. Not thinking of current customer and very disappointing.
Stay away from this company. They were recently sold and are no longer honoring or offering a decent warranty. Had a large window put in 2 years ago with lifetime window replacement and was told they aren't honoring any warranties. Filed a claim with the BBB and the company never addressed the issue. Poor customer service.
