Stop and really read the reviews before you call this company. It has been months since the installation began and they're still not done. The company failed to equip the installers with the proper material every time they came to install windows. They miss measured windows which is why they had to return to finish the job. Today I took off of work for an installation and they only sent one guy to install three big windows by himself and again did not send him with the proper material. Buyer beware. Ongoing issues and now they want to charge to come fix it. Hopefully this can save some of you some money and regret. Had windows installed 6 years ago and where do I begin. Some windows were shoved into place so hard that sills were moved and loosened and drywall corners broke. One window in particular has never been right and after complaining about it and having a 'service tech' say it was the house not the window now the frost from the air coming in is on the sill and we are past the 5 year warranty. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of these folks. I purchased windows that came with a lifetime warranty. The windows were installed without flashing and rotted out, and ruined an interior and exterior wall of my home. I called to get replacement windows and was told they were very sorry, but since the merger they are not responsible for any warranty work. They said I could contact the former owner, via usps mail and maybe he would cover the claim.
My windows are freezing and we have had numerous problems like a frame cracking on a less then 4 year old window and the seal breaking in my bedroom to the point when the room was freezing cold and they wouldn't fix it until there was visible a crack in another windows frame. So after they fixed the seal on that window and a frame on another great job on that.
