I had a great experience with this company. They were incredibly communicative, friendly, and professional from start to finish. I had some older Roman shades that needed to be repaired, and they had them fixed and back to me within just a few days. The whole process was easy which is worth its weight in gold for a busy mom. We’re moving into a new house soon, and because I had such a positive experience, I’ll definitely be using them again for our window treatments there. Highly recommend!
Tyler, the owner, is both technically savvy and an exacting craftsman. In 2024 we replaced all our old micro-blinds with beautiful Hunter-Douglas honeycomb black-out shades. In 2025 we discovered a 30 year old original construction flaw which necessitated replacing all the windows. Despite best efforts on re-installing the frames, some H-Ds needed to be re-cut, a tricky assignment due to the nature of the honeycomb black-out material. Tyler is outstanding and I would highly highly recommend him. Extremely professional, responsive, punctual and incredibly knowledgeable about this line of work/trade/craft. He’s also practical- he was able to fix our shades when another company/individual would have likely tried to upsell us and get us to buy replacements. Plus his prices are reasonable. He instantly earned our trust - and with that our future business.

I was recently referred to Window Works for a repair after receiving a very high quote from the manufacture. I initially called in and spoke with Elsie, who was very professional and easy to deal with. She asked me if I could bring the shade in to be looked at by their technician to determine if it could be repaired and what it would cost me.
