I placed my third order with Blind Bear, LLC this week, over a period of four months +-, and plan to do two more rooms soon. They are informed and helpful in making product choices. They handled a manufacturing glitch with a great attitude. I'm a local with several rental properties and they will be my blind resource.
We recently had to replace our remote control for our outdoor automated blinds. We tried to follow the directions for synching the new remote to the blinds — to no avail. I called multiple places but none were willing to help until I spoke with Blind Bear. Super nice family-owned business with deep expertise.
