Absolutely excellent service! Scheduling of an appt. was seamless, as was the blind repair in our home by the technician! Repair costs were very fair. I would not hesitate to contact Blind Bear, again, for service and repair!
Really pleased with the install process, look, and operation on our shade for the 8x16 bi-fold door at our home. We had too much sun coming in late in the afternoon and heating up the new house. We worked with Blind Bear to select the right type of shade and fabric to repel the afternoon western sun. The fit and finish of the install is great. Shawn is very detailed and thorough in planning out the install from the initial onsite measurement.
