I had a very rude interactions with Calvin prior to scheduling where he hung up on my twice as I tried get my questions answered. It is sad that good customer service is a thing of the past. After that, I was not interested in having anyone from WW enter my home. I did contact Andre and he downplayed Calvin's behavior as a misunderstanding.
HAD TWO APPOINTMENTS SET UP AND NO SHOW EACH TIME.
Window Wise is the best around the Raleigh area without question! I've had more than a few windows replaced over the years by them and each time they've been amazing! My contractor each time was Chris and he's very professional, prompt, and his attention to detail is superb. He let me watch a couple of the installations and you can tell immediately it's second nature to him. I'd highly suggest requesting him for your installation!
I had used Window Wise for my previous house for window repair where the seals went bad. Recently, I had a broken window glass of which I went back to Window Wise for a new glass replacement. In both cases, they were very good experiences all around and the prices were great.
