What a CRAPPY company!!! Had nine (9) windows installed in 2012 and recently had one (1) window fail. The window has turned foggy on the inside of the window. I called the office at their 609 area code and was rudely told that that the window is not covered and it would cost me $289.00 for someone to come out and take a look and then it would cost me for any material and labor to correct the problem. We had replacement windows put in November, 2015 and I tried many times to call and email with no luck. The installers made a mess and glue was left everywhere. The windows are not fitting the way they should and now the caulking/sealant on the inside of the windows is bubbling up. I would like someone to come out and see the horrible job that was done. I gave up trying to contact them and now I am hoping that BBB can get their attention.

I made a purchase from this company 8 years ago, my purchase was partly based on recommendations from co-workers. I agreed that the woman on the phone is rude, I gave her info on the sizes I have and she told me that no one has that many windows that are oversized. She has never seen my house and should not have assumed I was wrong and didn't know what I was talking about. DO NOT USE THIS WINDOW COMPANY! I got 10 windows replaced 5 months ago and the outside capping is so sloppy and the flashing barely exists. I have bees and bugs getting in all of the unsealed spaces. They also broke several of my shutter plugs and didn't tell me. 2 other opinions from other window companies both said I could have rotting wood only noticeable when I replace siding, which would be very costly down the road. Bought windows in 2005 for my home, am selling it now and finding out how bad they are. Home inspector notes the windows are poorly installed, flashing is wrong or just very badly done on many windows. Caulking was poorly done and seals are broken on two windows. BUT what really has me upset is the fact that four windows need tempered glass. Two in the master bath and two on the stair landings. This wholesaler is NOT very professional in terms of communication and problem solving. The terms of my contract changed upon arrival to install my windows. Installers weren't very friendly, sloppy in their work and didn't answer questions in detail.

I had window wholesalers reinstall windows in my entire house 8 years ago. Once or twice a year I called them emailed them, NEVER GOT A RESPONSE. The windows they removed were better than the windows they put in and they were in bad shape. These windows have been fogging up, the vinyl is peeling of the frame on the outside. They never replaced the original framing AND(this is a kicker!) I just found out that they did not put the same size window in, but a smaller one and then just put some extra framing around it. I agree the woman on the phone is THE MOST RUDE and unpleasant person. NEVER use them again and will never recommend them. Installers asked to use my dumpster and said they would pay...they gave $20 to cover cost, should have insisted they take and dispose.
