I used Window Well Guardian for an egress window well replacement in May/June 2025. Neil was prompt with answers to questions and easy to schedule with via calls, emails, and texts. He and his crew did a great job with the installation, especially in what is usually a tight area around the AC unit and buried utility lines that is common to so many homes in the Denver area. Called for an estimate, and they want you to do all the work. How about your company learn some customer service. You are supposedly the experts, but I have to take measurement's for you. Your business is trash!
Neil, at Window Well Guardian replaced my window wells in September, 2021. They did a great job, and I was very happy with their work. Then, in September, 2023, I noticed a small issue with one of them. Neil came out to look at it, and he had the damaged well replaced within three weeks. It speaks volumes about Neil's integrity and the way that he runs this business that he stands behind his work and provides excellent customer service.
