Service not found at Costco or the big box stores – I finally want to address Train after all of this time. He is referring to adjustment strings on his Duette? shades which are part of the common maintenance associated with this product. We do not charge for service calls within one year of purchase and Hunter Douglas warrants this product against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of their products excluding normal wear and tear. Perfect Service – I read the only other review of Window Wares and so I wanted to put my two cents in... I had the best experience visiting Window Wares. They had everything on display so I could review all different coverings. Everyone was welcoming and helpful.

Careful! – Window Wares has terrible customer service. We purchased 2 window coverings (nearly $1,000.00). The installer left strings hanging from our Hunter Douglas blinds. It looks really tacky! Window Wares said "you can fix them". Hunter Douglas said Window Wares should take care of it and if HD has to send someone, there will be a charge.
