Excellent customer service! Window Treatments Etc. is run by a husband and wife team, John and Carrie. They are not only knowledgeable, but go out of their way to help. I did my house in four sections and John was patient about coming back and helped me to make color and design choices. We had a minor problem with one blind and he arrived the next day to pick it up and returned to reinstall it shortly thereafter. I am always more than happy with the products and service. They do house calls and also have a fabulous showroom.
