I will never recommend this place to anyone. Had every window in my house replaced. Vinyl max is the manufacturer. They do terrible work and the windows are cheap. They put my sliding patio window in backwards, then installed it correctly without a latch. Came back to cut out hole for latch , now the screen doesn't fit right and have a very hard time locking it. They didn't bring 2 screens for my slider window. Then when they brought them out 5 months later, there were big gaps in them. They told me they ordered new ones and... read more
I got windows 3 months ago 11 windows total. Over the holiday I was looking for holiday stuff in my large two door open dresser, I noticed 2 plastic bins the size of a shoe box missing, both were full of baseball, football, basketball, and hockey cards that I bought and never had a chance to go through. I have no kids I live alone, no one other then that crew was in my house. I cant prove it, but there gone, be careful people.
I thought i was completely satisfied however, after the fact i found the damage the woodwork around the windows on the inside. I called to inquire a out this and they said it was in the contract that if they damage anything it was not their responsibility. I see advertisement from the other companys make sure your wood trim on the inside is left as beautiful as it was before they did the windows. is I was completely satisfied from the beginning of the process to the end. Harry was amazing when he came by for my initial quote. He listened to me and quoted exactly what I asked for. Donna in the office kept me informed on the entire process and the windows were installed quickly and with care. The installation team was very quick, polite, and cleaned up afterwards. Couldn't have gone better. I would highly recommend! In fact I already have! They did 5 windows in all.
