ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! NEVER have dealt with such unprofessionalism with any buisness. I called 3-4 weeks ago in regards to getting a window fixed. I first paid $50 to have the warranty on the windows. Then the gentleman told me he would be there to repair the window the week of July 8th. Chase did an AMAZING job!!! We had original windows in our new home that dated all the way back to the 70’s, we were in need of a dire upgrade and from the first point of contact with Chase he was knowledgeable and reassuring with all of our questions and concerns. He was transparent in stating that it was possible there could be rotting in the window frames as they were so old but assured us it would be taken care of if that was the case.
