After a not so great experience at another private scan clinic for an early scan, the experience at Window to the Womb Leicester could not have been more different. I first went for a gender blood test and was met by Alison who was so kind, warm and informative. The test itself was quick and painless and Alison even offered to and did call the bakery with the results so I could pick up the cupcakes without ruining the surprise. So kind! I would just like to say a big thank you to the ladies at window to the womb. Me and my husband have waited 11 years for our miracle. We decided to have a 4D scan. I have never been so excited for anything in my life but unfortunately my little boy just wasn't playing ball. He had his hands in front of his face the whole time and after taking a walk and doing some exercises he then decided to put his feet there too 😩😩. I was so disappointed and disheartened. Cannot thank them enough. We had a very stubborn baby who was very camera shy and they were so patient and accommodating to us - to the point where we finally got some amazing pictures. Alison is an absolute angel and all the staff were amazing!!! If I could give them 100 stars I would.
