Zara (receptionist) was excellent (that’s why 3 stars). We booked the full digital and video package and were told to choose from 4 extremely blurry photos. we waited for an extra 30 minutes to “check” if they still had the other photos they took during the scan. The Sonographer could be better with her explanation and detail about the scan. The video and picture quality was better at other scans we went to. I would not recommend this place. They were running very late so we had to wait 30 minutes to be seen (they could have called to let us know so we could arrive later). My situation was not good news and it was handled by the sonographer so poorly. They didn't even tell me what they'd seen, just stared at me like they didn't know how to say it. Well worth the money! We had the premium 4D scan and arrived a few minutes after our scheduled time, but the ladies working there on Sunday were so gracious and were extremely lovely! Did not feel rushed at all even while me and my partner took ages trying to find the best photos, and the photos came out looking way better than I expected! The ladies in Hitchin were very warm and friendly, and I just felt at ease straight away!
