My appointment had to be cancelled due to a fire above the building. I was told my deposit would be refunded within 2 weeks, however it's now been more than 2months and I have yet to receive my refund. I have chased this three times and my last two emails have been ignored. A wait this long for a refund is unacceptable.
I recently went for a private fertility scan at Window to the Womb, and the experience was incredibly unprofessional. The staff couldn’t provide a clear explanation of what was wrong, merely stating the findings and then quickly ushering me out of the room. It took them over 40 minutes to find what they were looking for, only to realize that my positioning was incorrect. The only downside to this experience is the quality of the photos. This may have been due to the position of the baby but not sure. Out of the 7 photos there was not one of a side portrait of the baby, The photos didnt even look like a baby and we couldn't even work it out. We had to chose two photos for them to print but we just ended up choosing two random ones. Its such a shame...
