the worst ever place i have ever been to do something for my car
Unprofessional, I booked an appointment and I was told I can pick the car at 3.30 pm. I confirmed the timing when I arrived and told them I need thd car on time as I am picking my son up around that time. They assured me it will be done by 3.30. When I went back on time I saw the car in the same place I left it and nothing happened to it. I was so shocked and I asked what happened, they didn't apologize and told me, they said: "they will try to get it done by 3.30" which is NOT true! Then they told me to reschedule!
