I recently dealt with Eric Fiebert and his team at Window Therapy in replacing my 20 year old sunsetter awning. The process was extremely efficient and painless, and took less than a month from our first discussion to installation. Would definitely recommend them for any need.
From the day i walked in to window therapy in east rockaway i knew i was in the right place. I was given numerous choices at every price range and all within the budget. Soon after the installation i noticed a tiny tear and called them. Without hesitation, i was told to take a picture and send it. The response was “we will replace the entire window treatment”.
