Gave me pricing and then said the only way we can purchase is with a nearly 60% mark up through some other vendor. After spent over a month drawing and specifying product with manufacturer. Seeing their notes here, I guess a bachelors in interior design with a design LLC is not professional enough for you but why then did you quote my project, answer my questions on specs and take a deposit? Lost months due to this company and clearly no remorse for the damage to the project.

Same experience as another user - felt like bait and switch pricing - received a quote quickly and then the specs by window model to better inform the order following. Requested to add 2 windows to the total count for the order but was told the pricing was expired even though well within the 30 day expiration of the initial quote (currently still within 30 business days as I write this review). Seemed very shady honestly quoted 4 different prices and when addressed about it they were very rude
