Same experience as another user - felt like bait and switch pricing - received a quote quickly and then the specs by window model to better inform the order following. Requested to add 2 windows to the total count for the order but was told the pricing was expired even though well within the 30 day expiration of the initial quote (currently still within 30 business days as I write this review).
