I have been a customer for many years and have used Callahan to install many garage doors and windows in multiple homes. I can't recommend them enough. Jeff (Tech.) did an amazing job making my crashed door operational. I highly recommend Callahan Door, they took care of me within a couple hours of calling.
In the extreme cold of winter, they arrived first thing in the morning for the assessment. They were able to replace just one panel & fix everything up before noon. This was especially needed since our garage is under our house & the air travels up.
Jeff was phenomenal! I backed into my garage door on a Thursday evening and destroyed it to the point of trapping my car in the garage. I called Callahan after hours and left a message. The office lady called me first thing the next morning and sent Jeff out that day. I was certain that I was going to have to call my insurance to have part of the door replaced.
