Can never get through to customer service. Have tried all day on 3 separate days from different phones. Unable to leave a message, the automated message just tells you to try again later. Submitted an email through their website, and haven't heard a response in over a week. Will have to physically go there to get my issue handled. Several windows have broken seals and need to get them warrantied. The caulk used around the window is already cracking after 15 years. Dealing with leaks now.

Have been calling window systems to repair 2 doors they put in. No responses rom Service technicians. After calling nearly 8 times in the past 3 months I was told today that 'The service manager will be out of the office for several weeks at least and that all of the service technicians quit'. I asked what are we supposed to do with our doors and I was told 'call another company'! I'm considering a lawsuit.
Service came out two times, spoke to manager several times. We have been calling for 4 months, no answer only get voicemail. They had told us they ordered our replacement. Now when we call it no longer goes to voice mail.
We set up to have our siding put on Mid June. We did not hear from anybody until the second week of July. We tried contacting their sales department and finding out why our siding was not installed yet. They did not have an answer aside from the parts were not in. After consistently calling we finally got an answer that the siding will be done within the next week. The Tyvek wrap on the house was on our house without siding for about a month.
