We have been waiting over 6months for a call back we have tried them several times a month for the past 6months after they came to measure our windows. 2 of the windows are under warranty they replaced 2 years ago and have leaked and cannot get a call back or even an email returned.
We dealt with this company for almost 6 months to get two arched windows replaced in the front of my home. It took a few attempts to get a call back to just get measurements done. A few weeks later, we had our initial install, only to have two window panes not sized correctly. We then went on to having this company come out 5 different times to have incorrect window sizes. Awesome experience. I had 21 window sections replaced. The job was finished in a few weeks from ordering the glass, to installation. The install crew was awesome. They took great care to make sure everything was done correctly with minimal disruption to my home. The process was seamless. Mike, the owner, was very easy to work with and Mr Haskeu and his installation crew were the best.
Rich is the BEST!!!! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Fair prices and timely appointments.
