What a change in customer service. We replaced four exterior doors, and the entire process, from consultation to installation, was seamless. The crew was friendly, professional, and very respectful of our home. The daily cleanup was exceptional. In five days, the doors were installed, the paint was touched up, and the stucco was repaired. Thank you, Ken and Randy. We are very pleased with the beautiful results.
Poor! Initially, I called on July 3rd and left a message regarding purchase/ installation for an impact resistant exterior double-door. I was told Ken would be calling me back. By July 9th, I called again because no one returned my call. I spoke with Ken and he came to my home the following day, July 10th. Window Shop you’re the best. I’ve never been so satisfied with a contractor. My older home in DelMar needed repainting, rotten wood siding replacement and other repairs. The professionalism and care taken at installation of hurricane impact windows and an entry door was remarkable. I previously had some patio doors installed by another company, and had to have them back several times because of installation issues; so, when it came time to replace all my windows and my entry door, I wanted to make sure not to have similar problems. Window Shop had great reviews, and I found that they exceeded even my expectations in every way.
