What a great job replacing 7 very high and difficult glass windows to access! An incredible family team arrived that was so courteous, polite and conscientious about being in our home. I highly recommend them not only for their excellent glass product and installation skills but their attention and respect they showed us while working during this COVID 19 environment we are all living in today. They fixed three windows, (could hardly open them) and one screen today. They have been great through the whole process. After I contacted them they came out and checked out my problems and were prompt and couldn't have been nicer then or when they did the work today. Everyone from the lady that answers the phone and sets things up to the workers, were courteous and friendly. Would definitely recommend them.
Terrible Experience The office staff at this place (a woman named Sarah) is beyond rude. She literally called and yelled at me about not sending a deposit check in with the signed contract, when it took them about 4 weeks to get an initial estimate to me in the first place. When I said I would send a check right away, she said "that doesn't help". Window repair I wanted to say that the two kids that worked on our windows were very professional and courteous. They did a great job on the repairs and were helpful when we asked them questions. They cleaned up so well we couldn't tell they were even here. It was a pleasure to have them here. Andâ¦I appreciate them giving me a call to let me know the garage door was left open. HURD doors Sarah,Your guys did a great job on the patio door and regular door in Placitas yesterday. They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, then did it. The original work order was for a patio door tune-up. When I asked whether they could repair the weatherstripping on another door, they agreed to do it.
