In past, I've been very happy with this company, but my recent order went very poorly. For a set of 2 roman shades that cost $569, I measured and mounted according to website instructions (and photos on the website) but they leave a huge gap between the window and the drape. The customer service experience was terrible, there was no help and they told me I needed to buy the blinds again to get it right. I will not be ordering from them again.
