Excellent customer service from first phone call to the end of installation. I would highly recommend this company
Hi evry one I dont recommend this company. First thing, they paid deposit from Oct 2022, and they said install at December. Now we are on Feb 2. No one comes, and no one answer me and and if I know need late all this time more then december I was don't go with him but he promised me at decmeber anyway I will do more bad comment in Facebook and Instagram to help the people save you money don't go with this company
My name is Lourena Brodie, we replaced all the windows in our home. The window seal west staff addressed all of our needs and concerns. We would refer them to anyone
I had a very short time frame that needed to be met for all windows and doors to be replaced and Window Seal West were able to meet that time frame even with Supply Chain delays. Closer to having a installation date I followed up to ensure timeliness were able to be met due to some payment release timelines. I am very satisfied with all the windows and doors that were installed and I would highly recommend this company for any further windows in the future.
Vadim and his partner were exceptional with our windows installation. Extremely professional and respectful. Diligent in their work which they completed in the time which was promised. Adaptable when they ran into a few unanticipated situations. Excellent clean-up when the job was done. I highly recommend Window Seal West in general and Vadim and his partner in particular.
